The Summit Club Residences, which will include 72 upscale luxury condominiums, will be built at The Summit Club in Armonk in 2024, according to the project's developers.
The residences, which were designed by Greenwich, Connecticut-based Granoff Architects, are being developed by JBM Realty and Florida East Coast Realty.
The 72 two and three-bedroom units will be priced from $3 million and will span six buildings offering four single-level floorplan options between 2,535 to 3,237 square feet. Each unit will also include 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and private outdoor great rooms.
The windows will certainly come in handy, as the residences will be situated on the highest elevation in the area at 670 feet, offering great views of the surrounding golf course. Each condominium will also feature large private outdoor terraces that overlook The Summit Club, the developers said.
The residences will make an ideal home for golf lovers, as the 6,700-yard, 18-hole Par 71 course will feature a "jam-packed" calendar of tournaments, events, and personalized lessons throughout the season, according to the developers. The community will also offer amenities such as an 82-foot heated outdoor pool; a jacuzzi; a pool house with a fitness center and locker rooms; a poolside bar and grill; and tennis and pickleball courts.
No exact construction date has yet been revealed by the developers, but the project is set to begin sometime in 2024.
An onsite sales center for the community will soon be opening. Those interested in scheduling a visit can call Managing Director of Sales Jen Danzi at 646-526-7643 or jdanzi@summitclubresidences.com.
